Learn about this incredible art technique! Bring home your own fresco!
You will see a demonstration of how the materials and pigments are prepared and then proceed to carry out a small fresco yourself, starting with a terracotta base. After the workshop, you will be able to visit the palace and observe the frescoes techniques in the works by Giorgio Vasari, Francesco Salviati, Domenico Ghirlandaio, and Agnolo Bronzino.
Workshops are offered on Mondays and Fridays at 9:30 am, 11:00 am and 2:00 pm
Age limit: children must be at least 7 years old to participate

PRIVATE PAINTING FRESCO WORKSHOP
Once of a life time experience. Learn the ancient techniques of FRESCOS while you prepare your own! The artisans of a professional bottega in Florence will teach you how to make a FRESCO during a 2 half day stage. At the end of the class you will bring your own piece home or have it mailed over at your place. Class can also be offered at your private villa on request.
