Transfer by minibus. In the winter there is no vineyard walk.

You’ll start with aneasy walk in Podere Le Rose organic garden to discover aromatic herbs, different varieties of olive trees, with explanation about how to recognize them and use them.

Olive Oil Lesson & Food Tasting

Lesson on Italian olive oil with explanations on the varieties of olive trees, olive harvest, olive oil production . You’ll walk and see country people during olive harvest to learn how they pick up olives.

Pasta Making Experience

Visit a local producer of hand made pasta. Enjoy a tour of the premises situated in the Chianti Hills. Transfer to a local restaurant where you will enjoy a hand made pasta cooking class followed by lunch.

Visit to an Italian market - 5 hours

An English-speaking guide will take you to discover an Italian food market, with taste of cheese, salami, prosciutto, vegetables, fruit. After this, you will enjoy a typical Italian meal at a private apartment in central Florence.
