The price includes: 2 overnights in Ravenna in **** Hotel in double room with B&B treatment, food and wine itinerary “The sweet salt of Cervia and the typical plates of the Pantofla” (duration 7 hours), dinner in restaurant in the centre of Ravenna (beverage included), entrance and guided visit to the Unesco monuments of the historical centre of Ravenna.

The food and wine itinerary includes:
• Morning: visit to saltpan park and to the saltpan Camillona with possibility of purchasing the typical products of the park (salt, liquor, wine and pinewood honey).

• Afternoon: the participants will learn how to make Piadina, hand made Pasta and Cappelletti at the restaurant “Casa delle Aie” of Cervia.

HILLS AROUND RAVENNA (5 days/4 nights)
1st day: Arrival in Bologna/Forlė airport and transfer to Brisighella/Riolo Terme. Accomodation, overnight and dinner in ***Hotel.
2nd day: Breakfast in Hotel. Guided visit through the medieval village of Brisighella; typical products tasting and visit to a cheese cellar and to “Pieve del Tho” church. Dinner and overnight in Hotel.
