First Day
Morning
Arrival in Parma and accommodation in hotel. Visit to the Correggio Exhibition: the itineary unfolds between the exhibition halls of the Pilotta Palace (Voltoni del Guazzatoio), the Farnese Theatre and the National Gallery to see the great paintings of “Madonna di San Gerolamo” (the Virgin of St. Jerome, The Virgin of the bowl and other significant works.)
The visit continues with the extraordinary St. Paul’s Chamber.

Afternoon
Continuation of the discovery of Correggio through the visit of the domes painted in the Church of San Giovanni Evangelista and in the Cathedral. Visit to the Baptistery. Free time for leisure, for strolling in the city center, through the Ducal Garden or other personal activities. Overnight stay at the hotel
Second Day
Morning
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit of a dairy farm producing Parmigiano-Reggiano, with tasting.
Transfer to Fontanellato and visit of the Rocca Sanvitale (“Saletta di Diana e Atteone” frescoed by Parmigianino)
Lunch in a typical restaurant in the province of Parma
