This course consists of a three hour lesson in which every member of the group can try their hand at making tortellini, tortelloni and tagliatelle.
It will include typical antipasto, tortellini in brodo, tortelloni burro e pomodoro, tagliatelle al ragù, typical dessert, water & coffee

You will learn how to make simple pasta (tagliatelle, strozzapreti, strichetti,) green pasta (tortelloni, garganelli and gnocchi,) and also tortellini, sorpresine, quadretti and maltagliati.)

You will learn how to make all types of Bolognese pasta during the week starting with tagliatelle and finishing with tortellini.
