Arrival and check in at the villa Nicoletti; welcome coffee
Tour of the estate, the villa and its ancient millstone
Lunch at the restaurant "Le Cantine del Barone" (the Baron's cellar)
Visit to the beauty farm "Princess Angelica" for a treatment of choice*
Optional visit to the gaming room
Cooking class (typical Sicilian meal) with chef Antonio Albanese
Fitting of eighteen-century costumes for the following night
Dinner at "Le Cantine del Barone"

December 31st
After breakfast, departure for Piazza Armerina to visit one of the greatest Roman monuments, the Imperial "Villa Romana," with its priceless mosaics
Return to Villa Gussio and lunch at the hotel
Relaxing afternoon at the beauty farm to indulge in more treatments*
New Year's dinner at 9:00 pm, accompanied by classical melodies, and served into the XVii and XIX century lounges decorated with frescoes and bas-relieves
A delicious buffet of cakes and pastries in the Sala della Pigiatura (where the Baron's grapes were once pressed)
At 11:30 pm Grand Gala (accompanied by musicians playing the most famous Waltzes)
At Midnight toast to the New Year in front of a fireworks display

January 1st
After breakfast, taste of the villa's refreshing citrus infusions
Lunch at the restaurant "Le Cantine del Barone"
Afternoon at leisure (the beauty farm will be open)
At 6:30 pm wine tasting with sommelier
At 8:00 pm buffet dinner with local products
At 9:00 pm concert opera by a trio of artists from the Bellinin Theater in Catania (the most famous operettas of the XIX century

Price per person in double room: Euro 1390 in regular room or Euro 1660 in a suite
