NEW YEAR'S EVE AT THE UFFIZI CENTER

Spend a great New Year’s Eve surrounded by centuries of art and history, a wonderful dinner perfectly served in the splendid “décor” of the “Uffizi Center”, live music, DJ, entertainment and dance.

This is the menu:
Antipasto: (appetizers)
bocconcino di pescatrice al bacon (a kind of fish and bacon)
cruditè di gamberi e spada marinati in olio e limone (prawns and swordfish with oil and lemon)
mille foglie di melanzane e peperoni con bufala (a sort of pasta cake with aubergine and peppers with mozzarella di bufala cheese)
verdure grigliate marinate su sfoglia di pane (grilled vegetables with slices of bread)
Primo: (first dish)
farfalline ai crostacei (astice,scampi,gamberi) (pasta with shrimps, lobster, prawns)
Maccheroncelli con pancetta affumicata,zucchine e mascarpone (pasta with bacon, zucchini, mascarpone cheese)
Secondo: (main dish)
Trancio di tonno alle erbe aromatiche con fagiolini verdi all'aceto balsamico (tuna fish with herbs and green beans and balsamic vinegard)
Filetto di manzo al forno con lenticchie (meat cooked in hoven with 'lenticchie')
Dolce: (dessert)
Panettone e pandoro con crema inglese (panettone and pandoro with creme)

Vino e spumante inclusi (wine included)

The dinner with complete service, is 150 €
For those who prefer to come after the dinner, from 11.00 pm, the entrance is only 75 € with a buffet service.
And for every one, a toast with champagne to welcome the New Year and two free drinks for a great start!

IL CANTINONE
Wine store of Chianti Classico, typical Tuscan cuisine. Admire the red brick vaulted ceilings from 1200, while sitting on wooden refectory-style tables.

Renaissance New Year's Eve Gala at Palazzo Budini-Gattai

Celebrate with style at the renaissance "Palazzo Budini Gattai". Enjoy candle light atmosphere, soft live music, Tuscan art and cooking. This dinner includes tasting of new olive oil, rare grappa of Brunello di Montalcino and Chianti, sweets and chocolates prepared by a Tuscan master pastry-cook.
International live music after midnight.
