Hi Elena:
We've returned from Italy and just wanted you to know that our trip was wonderful.  We enjoyed the hotels, even though they had no room for us the first night, when we arrived from the states and we had to spend that first night in a different hotel.  They were very nice to us, but it was a bit of a drag, as we could not unpack until our second day in Sorrento.  It seems they had overbooked the hotel.  When we returned, they gave us a beautiful room with a sea view and a bottle of champagne.  The hotel in Rome was lovely, and we were able to manage the stairs easily.  The location is fabulous.  The guides were all very good and altogether, the trip was great.  We thanks you for everything.  Ciao,  Turbi
