I want to thank you so much for the arrangements you made for my family's recent trip to Italy.  We were amazed at how well the arrangements were put together.  Every step of the way we had a guide helping us to our next destination or directing us on our next private tour.  We never waited in line at any destination.  The hotels were perfectly located, beautifully appointed and catered to our every need.  This will truly be an experience of a lifetime for my family.  I can't thank you enough for your patience and persistence in helping us with this trip.
