A balloon flight lasts anywhere from 45 to 90 minutes. For safety you will fly only in the calmest of conditions. The pilot has the final decision. Ballooning is a not a dangerous sport, let's keep it that way. If weather conditions are not good on the date scheduled for the flight, you will be able to reschedule it on one of the following days. We always recommend to have a day or more available after the date requested, so you can have a chance to reschedule if necessary. If rescheduling will not be possible and the flight is cancelled, Cultural Italy will be able to reimburse only 20% of the amount charged.
Do ensure you are fit to fly, for example you would not be able to fly with heart problems, back problems, if you are pregnant etc. Please check with your Doctor & flight operator if you are uncertain if you should fly in a balloon

Do remember that about 80% of all balloon flights end up with the basket lying on its side - this is perfectly normal
