Awe inspiring ruins from Nerone’s Domus. Newly reopened in 1999, after a restoration work that took 25 years to complete.

CAPITOLINE MUSEUMS
The oldest public collection in the world. It holds the original equestrian statue of Marcus Aurelius. Sculptures like the Venere Capitolina and paintings by Tiziano, Bellini, Caravaggio and others.
