All orders are processed in the order they are received. If your order is urgent, we advise you to place it over the phone. In most cases, you will receive a confirmation by email within a 4 or 5 days. If tickets for certain events are not for sale at the time of your order, or if it is too early for reservations to a certain museum, tour or other services, we will let you know by email or phone and advise you on when your order will be confirmed.

Museums
How does it work?
Cultural Italy LLC arranges reservations for all major museums to avoid the long line at the entrance. After placing your request, you will receive an email confirmation with a summary of your order, a confirmation number, and all necessary instructions and costs. Reservation fees will be charged shortly after confirmation and are non-refundable. Entrance tickets will have to be paid on site with a few exceptions: the Last Supper tickets will be charged in advance if the total cost is over Euro 20; groups of 10 or more will have to partially or totally pay the cost of the tickets. Details will be provided with the confirmation email.
How much does it cost?
The reservation service costs Euro 10 per person per museum. Euro 50 flat fee is granted to students groups of five or more. Groups of 4 people or more booking 10 or more museums and/or events will pay Euro 5 reservation fee per person per museum.
What about the Vatican?
Reservations at the Vatican are only possible with a group tour or private tour. If you are interested in the group tour, please reserve on your own by sending a fax to the Vatican office at 001 39 06 69885100.
What if I am late?
If you arrive late it will be up to the museum officer to allow you in or refuse entrance, depending on circumstances.
What if I can't make it?
Sorry, tickets and fees are non-refundable.

Events
How does it work?
Cultural Italy LLC arranges advance ticket for most Italian theaters and other venues. After placing your request, you will receive an email confirmation with a summary of your order, and all necessary instructions and costs. Tickets to major opera houses will have to be paid in advance and are non-refundable. Tickets to other venues are generally paid on site, except in case of groups of 10 or more people, in which case the tickets will have to be paid in advance.
Where do I pick up the tickets?
Tickets will be available at will call. They will be reserved under your name. You will be able to claim them by presenting a copy of your confirmation or by saying your name. Please follow your confirmation's instructions. The Teatro alla Scala in Milan is the only venue that mails the tickets to your home. In case of failed delivery, you will be able to claim your tickets with a copy of an online secure receipt, to which Cultural Italy LLC will provide access.
How much does it cost?
Ticket prices generally vary from Euro 20 to 120 per person for the operas (Euro 20 to 1000 or more for La Scala in Milan and La Fenice in Venice,) and 10 to 60 Euro for other performances and concerts. There is a Euro 10 booking fee per person / per ticket (Euro 20 for tickets over Euro 100, 10% of the cost of the tickets for tickets over Euro 200.) These are separate charges; one for the booking fees (charged by Cultural Italy); the other for the tickets (charged by the venue or the event promoter.) Euro 50 flat fee is granted to students groups of five or more. Groups of 4 people or more booking 10 or more events and/or museum reservations will pay Euro 5 reservation fee per person per museum.
What if I am late?
If you arrive after the beginning of the show, you will be allowed inside during intermission.
What if I can't make it?
Sorry, tickets and fees are non-refundable.

Walking tours, group and private
How does it work?
Cultural Italy LLC arranges private walking tours in majoy cities or areas. After placing your request, you will receive an email confirmation with a summary of your order, the cell phone of the guide or guide's coordinator, and all necessary instructions and costs. If you are staying in the city center of the town where the tour will take place, the guide will meet with you at your hotel; otherwise, we will set up a precise meeting point in the city center. You will be instructed to call your guide or guides' coordinator the evening prior to your tour. On that occasion, the guide will give a description of himself or herself to facilitate recognition.
Will I have to wait in line?
No. The tour cost includes the reservation fees for those museums included in the tour.

Private drivers and transfers
How does it work?
Cultural Italy LLC arranges private transfers with drivers all around Italy. After placing your request, you will receive an email confirmation with a summary of your order, the name and phone number of the local company, and all necessary instructions and costs. Usually the driver picks you up at the hotel, in the lobby. When picking up at the airport or port, the driver will have a sign with your name and will be waiting for you at the exit of the international flights or at the dock.
Will the driver be a guide?
Driving excursions are conducted by driver/guides who speak the language requested. They will be able to give general information about the area, the art, local customs and food. Driver/guides are not authorized guides (see walking tours) and therefore cannot accompany you inside museums or churches.
Will the driver speak English?
In case of driving tours, the driver/guide will be fluent in English.
In case of transfers, the driver might or might not speak English fluently.

Accommodations
How does it work?
Cultural Italy LLC arranges villa rentals (with Ville & Casali,) and hotel reservations all around Italy.
After placing your request, you will be contacted with availability and all necessary details (terms of payment, deposit, etc.) which vary depending on the property. Please consult www.villecasali.us for further info on villa rentals.

Weddings
What are the legal procedures?
Weddings in Italy are officially recognized only if celebrated in the city hall (civil wedding,) or in a catholic church. All other religious wedding can be celebrated and arranged, but the wedding will be of symbolic nature only (it won't be possible to legalize your wedding in your country of origin.)
What about the paper work?
Cultural Italy will address you to the nearest Italian consulate, where they will give you the updated list of documents required.
Can I get married in my country of origin and in Italy?
Yes, of couse. One of the wedding will be symbolic and one legally bonding.
